Sales remain strong in Brickell as Habitat Development is reporting that the first tower of their $120 million Smart Brickell condo-hotel project have reached 50%. Those who reserved units will be converted to contract on February 15. Groundbreaking has reportedly been pushed back to late 2018.

Each office tower rises 12 floors and was designed by Arquitectonica. The final two leases signed were by KPMG for 16,926 SF, which equates to a full floor, and Interaudi Bank, who leased 10,700 SF.

Wyndham Hotel Group has announced that they have signed a contract to operate one of the largest hotel developments in the Brickell district of Miami. The hotel, located across from Brickell Mary Village, is being developed by Brazilian developer Galwan and will rise 41 stories featuring 445-keys.
