Clean Science Solutions partnered with a leading New York City-based real estate development and investment firm who owns and manages over 6.5 million SF of property in New York City, to run the 18 month field study to test Clean Science Solution’s PHI-Cell® units within a 50 story, 1.2 million SF building. The firm found the results extremely compelling— lowering VOCs in the air at a rate significantly faster than natural (or HVAC-system-induced) dissipation.
