Related Group has launched Casa Bella by B&B Italia at 1400 Biscayne Blvd in Downtown Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District. Casa Bella by B&B Italia will feature 306 units and rise 57 stories. The tower is designed by Arquitectonica and features interiors by Piero Lissoni’s Lissoni & Partners with landscape architecture by Enzo Enea. 1400 Biscayne is the site of Related Group’s formerly proposed Auberge Residences Miami. Casa Bella by B&B Italia is expected to be completed in late 2025.
Related Group is currently taking reservations with a 10% deposit. Residences range from one bedroom units starting at 711 SF asking $581,000 to four bedroom 2,187 SF residences starting at $1.9 million. Two bedroom residences start at $823,000 and three bedroom residences at $1.5 million. Owners can rent their units for periods of 30 days minimum up to six times per year.
All residences at Casa Bella by B&B Italia feature two private elevators and a private vestibule. Elevators are equipped with biometric access control for enhanced security. Most units enjoy spacious pass-through layouts with 10-foot ceilings and breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay, Miami’s downtown skyline, and stunning sunsets from the west. Casa Bella by B&B Italia also offers a selection of residents services including valet parking, an on-demand concierge pre-arrival grocery shopping & delivery, butler & “while you’re away” services, dry cleaning & laundry, nanny and childcare, overnight shoe shining, pet care services, preferred tickets to theater and other events, courier services and personal IT and tech support.
