Oren Alexander of The Alexander Team at Douglas Elliman had the listing, which last asked $19.25 million, and Miltiadis Kastanis and James Hait of Douglas Elliman represented the buyer.

Daren Metropoulos is the son of American billionaire investor Dean Metropoulos and is a principal at investment firm Metropoulos & Co. Metropoulos & Co. has invested in over 80 companies such as Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer, Hostess, Perrier Jouët Champagne, Ghirardelli Chocolates, Bumble Bee Tuna, Chef Boyardee, Duncan Hines and others. The seller, Mark R Keller, is Chairman & CEO of Edge Funds, and his wife Carolyn Keller, Founder of EBeauty Community that specializes in assisting women undergoing cancer treatments.
