Jake and Logan Paul have been revealed as the purchasers of two penthouses atop the planned E11EVEN Residences Beyond condo tower in Downtown Miami. Jake Paul and Logan Paul are social media and YouTube personalities who turned into professional boxers. In 2021 Logan Paul faced boxing legend Floyd Mayweather Jr. in an exhibition match. The penthouses are 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom residences that are currently asking $20.5 million each. The penthouses include an outdoor kitchen and plunge pool. It was not revealed how much each paid. Other celebrity buyers include WNBA star Candace Parker, ESPN co-host Sage Steele and MMA fighter Luke Rockhold.
