On May 4th, Fabel Miami will host an evening of entertainment, multi sensory delights, culinary indulgences and excitement. The Fabel Miami and Scuderia AlphaTauri partnership follows month’s of negotiations. One of the most provocative F1 teams on the circuit, Scuderia AlphaTauri is Red Bull's sister Formula One (F1) race team and a premium race-inspired lifestyle brand.
The May 4th dinner party will feature a sumptuous multi-course meal featuring the finest ingredients, expertly prepared by our world-class chefs all while tableside next to the actual Scuderia AlphaTauri race car which is being lowered onto Fabel rooftop for Race Week. During the evening's performances and festivities, led by a yet-to-be-announced MC, guests will experience a ‘meet and greet’ with the Scuderia AlphaTauri F1 drivers, Nyck de Vries and Yuki Tsunoda, as well as the engineering and principal team who will share their insights and experiences of life in the fast lane.
40 team members from the AlphaTauri team will be present for the private dinner party, which you can join by making a pre-paid reservation on OpenTable at the link below. To enhance the experience, Fabel Miami is offering several VIP Table Packages. The Slipstream VIP Package starts at $10,000 for up to 12 guests and features a word class culinary experience, a meet and greet with the Suderia AlphaTauri Formula 1 team, a Dom Perignon upon arrival, a table mixologist for the first round of drinks and two bottles of Volcan De Mi Tierra Cristalino Anejo.
The Paddock VIP package for 18 guests starts at $15,000 and includes three bottles of Dom Perignon upon arrival with bottle engraving on site with Scuderia AlphaTauri x Fabel, two bottles of Volcan De Mi Tierra X.A Reposado Tequila, a tableside mixologist all night, a meet and greet with Scuderia AlphaTauri drivers and a Private Cabana next to 2023 Scuderia AlphaTauri car.
A Fabel VIP Package starting at $25,000 for 24 guests and a Scuderia VIP Package starting at $50,000 for up to 36 guests offer an even more enhanced experience including wine pairings, customized memorabilia, caviar service and private photo opportunities with the AlphaTauri car and team.
Fabel Miami is an open-air rooftop restaurant and lounge by restauranteur Matthew Rosenberg and his award-winning architecture firm, M-Rad. Fabel Miami opened in January of this year at Wynwood Jungle, the experiential dining and retail destination transformed by Black Lion Investment Group’s Robert Rivani.
