Following the launch of sales late last year, Two Road Development has revealed the lavish, $10 million state-of-the-art sales gallery for EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater, the global hotel brand’s first independent collection of fully serviced luxury condominium residences. The unique space will provide future homebuyers with an immersive experience into the quality of design, lifestyle, services, and amenities signature to EDITION that the project will bring to Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood.

EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater will be situated at 2121 North Bayshore Drive in the heart of Edgewater, one of Miami’s premier neighborhoods for luxury, waterfront high-rise living. The 55-story tower will boast more than 800 linear feet of bay frontage with 185 bespoke homes showcased in a sleek glass tower designed by visionary architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia, founder of Arquitectonica, with acclaimed interiors by Studio Munge led by Alessandro Munge.

Construction of EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater is slated to begin in Summer 2023, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 36 months. The project’s sales team has secured more than $160 million in condo reservations and is expected to begin contract conversions over the next month.

On March 30, 2023, Two Roads Development, the developer of the EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater, and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, the project’s exclusive sales and marketing brokerage, celebrated the official opening of the sales gallery, located along the waterfront at 2060 North Bayshore Drive, Ste. B-101, just steps away from the EDITION Residences site. The lavish event was attended by many VIPs and A-listers, including City of Miami Mayor Francis Suarez and members of South Florida’s real estate elite. The one-of-a-kind affair featured a surprise performance by DJ Ruckus. Known for doing things a little differently, the evening ended with a captivating drone show, lighting up the Miami sky with dynamic visuals. Demonstrating how the EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater will shape the Magic City’s distinct skyline, the display included an outline of the sleek glass tower.

The sales gallery leaves no detail unturned, featuring neutral-colored furnishings, luscious greenery, and architecturally unique accents throughout the space. A virtual reality room portrays the essence of indoor-outdoor living, boasting unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, Downtown Miami, and the Miami Beach skyline. To demonstrate the building’s expansive floorplans and state-of-the-art finishes, the sales center includes a replica of the master bathroom, kitchen, and living room.
