Pair of Highest Penthouses In Miami Beach Revealed Atop Five Park Listed At $19 Million and $20 Million

September 10, 2024

Miami Beach’s highest penthouses have hit the market for the first time, crowning Five Park, the tallest building in Miami Beach. The residences are listed at $20 and $19 million and are designed by New York design studio Meyer Davis, known for clients like Four Seasons, Auberge Resorts Collection and designing Oscar de la Renta's worldwide boutiques. The landmark project, developed by David Martin (Terra) and Russell Galbut (GFO Investments), features a striking 48-story tower and the adjacent Canopy Park, a backyard community oasis spanning three acres.

Canopy Penthouse 01, priced at $20 million, boasts four bedrooms, six baths, a powder room, an office, a media room, and a full open kitchen plus a prep kitchen. With a total of 7,923 square feet, including a 1,863-square-foot terrace, residents can enjoy stunning bay, ocean, and park views.

Canopy Penthouse 02, priced at $19 million, features a similar floor plan with four bedrooms, six baths, a powder room, office, media room, open kitchen, and a closed prep kitchen. This lavish residence offers 7,756 square feet of living space, including a 1,868-square-foot outdoor terrace with panoramic views.

Five Park features over 50,000 square feet of amenities including the Canopy Club, which spans 40,000 square feet perched atop the tower offering sophisticated social spaces, including a private dining room, jewel box bar and lounge, living rooms, library, den, outdoor terraces, wellness and fitness areas. The Park Club amenity deck, which is an addition to the restaurant, features an expansive pool and café terrace with covered cabanas, loungers and intimate social spaces. Inside, residents can enjoy a fully outfitted gym, spa treatment rooms, co-working spaces with private offices and board rooms, screening rooms and more. The development also includes the construction of a 158-foot-long enclosed bridge designed by French conceptual artist Daniel Buren. The Canopy Bridge connects Five Park’s site to the South of Fifth neighborhood for the first time.
