Mexican racing legend Sergio ‘Checo’ Pérez, famously known for his six Grands Prix victories across 14 seasons in the Formula One World Championship (F1), is now in contract for a luxury condominium at The St. Regis Residences, Miami (The Residences). Although specific details of the residence purchased by Pérez were not released, a comparable residence is #27B which is listed for $9.6 million.
