Located at 320 Lakeview Ave., this 27-story luxury condominium hotel will bring the storied Mr. C brand to West Palm Beach with 110 hotel units alongside 146 spacious branded condos. Sales launched last February with Douglas Elliman as the exclusive sales team for the project. Residences are priced from $1.6 million.
