On Thursday September 18, 2025, real estate media powerhouse PROFILEmiami will host the Second Annual PROFILEmiami Pre-Construction Development Summit, shining a spotlight on the hottest developments and projects from Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach. The evening will be attended by South Florida’s most active developers, brokers, investors, architects, financiers and development sales teams for a real estate showcase and two panel experience, matched with a trendy evening soirée of bespoke networking and cocktails.

In the Panel Room, South Florida’s developers and brokers will explore real estate development and pre-construction sales’ most pertinent topics.
