YOTELPAD Miami Reaches 50% Sold Six Months After Launching Sales In Downtown Miami

Aria Development and joint venture partner AQARAT real estate company have officially broken ground on YOTELPAD Miami, the 31-story Stantec-designed hotel/condo project in Downtown Miami. Stantec is providing not only the architecture and interior design but also engineering services for the 327,356 SF high-rise located at 227 NE 2nd Street.
