Six Michelin-starred Chef Michael White, creator and founding chef of Marea, one of New York City’s most esteemed restaurants, is set to open MIKA, his first standalone restaurant in Florida. Located in Miami’s Coral Gables, the restaurant’s menu will feature his classic Riviera style.
