Suntex Marina Investors Acquires Prime Marina Miami In Coconut Grove

The Dallas-based Suntex Marina Investors LLC has acquired Prime Marina Miami in Coconut Grove. Terms of the deal were not disclosed but it does include the transfer of a 70-year lease on 111 boat slips which was recently signed by Prime Marina Group.

Target & Aldi Coming To Block 55 In Downtown Miami

Target and Aldi have been announced as the first tenants at Block 55 in Overtown, just across the street from Virgin Train’s 3 MiamiCentral. The megaproject will feature 355,000 SF of retail space, 1,050 parking spaces and 506 apartment units designed by Arquitectonica.

The 1.2 Million SF Zyscovich Architects-Designed Aventura ParkSquare Receives TCO

Aventura ParkSquare has received its Temporary Certificates of Occupancy (TCO) from Miami-Dade County as the mixed-use projects gears up to open to residents and commercial tenants. Aventura ParkSquare is being developed by Integra Investments and was revealed in 2014 before breaking ground in 2016.
