The developer has filed an Administrative Site Plan Review Application with Miami-Dade County for the 1.35-acre site located at 2630-2600 NE 203rd Street.

Vertical construction on Missoni Baia, a 57-story waterfront glass tower now rising along Biscayne Bay at 777 NE 26th Terrace in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood, has reached the milestone halfway mark.
